Long Time No See

Time goes so fast, I thought just yesterday I left this blog, but… wow.. it’s already the end of july.

So many things happened in the past 6 months, but the biggest things and affect into my life were : my first single trip to stockholm in the winter, failing down of my culinary business, starting new business in mushroom, and my daughter’s first day school.

For me, this was not just a trip, this was my first trip abroad, and my longest trip ever since it took over 24 hours-transit time included (my homecoming is not that long, only 16-18 hours by car). However, it’s been paid by the view, very nice view of snow, ancient architecture building, regularity of almost everything… it’s very easy to travelling around the city, street signs and maps available everywhere, every bus stop, station, and each bus/tram/tunnelbana will automatically broadcast information about next station/bus stop name. And also the people, everyone seems to be kind, ‘coz if you need someone to take a picture, for example, there’s a lot of hands will do. So, trip to stockholm was my first of :
- flying abroad,
- flying together with TKI/W (Indonesian Labor)… ?
- seeing and touching snow,
- traveling by tram, subway (tunnelbana)
- eat huge size of kebab… I end up with 2/3 size left
- etc

Running non-IT business is not that simple, needs more than brain and computer, well… bye cullinary, welcome mushroom…

Nothing I can say about my daughter’s first day school, she seemed so excited, she keeps telling everyone about it, rings her grandpa/grandma and told that she’s now in school… what a happiest day in her life.

About latif

segoireng consist of two words of javanesse, first one is "sego" (means rice) and "ireng" (means black). So segoireng is black rice, my mom good on cooking that food. it's not fried rice, it just rice with black soup, a soup made from squid as main stuff. it looks like slop, won't appetize you anyway until you taste it by yourself. That food will remind you on these words "Don't judge a book by it's cover"
